Contract Law, Damages and Liability Law
Legal advice on contractual disputes, compensation and liability
Contracts create rights and obligations. If agreed services are not provided, are provided late or do not comply with the agreement, legal claims may arise. Liability and claims for damages or compensation may also arise independently of a contractual relationship.
I advise and represent clients in matters of contract law, damages and liability law, both in pursuing their own claims and in defending against unjustified claims.
Contract Law and Breach of Contract
If a contractual obligation is not fulfilled or a service is not provided as agreed, it is important to determine which legal remedies are available.
Depending on the circumstances, these may include claims for performance, withdrawal from the contract, reduction of the price or damages.
Damages and Liability
Claims for damages may arise from a breach of contract or directly from statutory law. The legal assessment depends, among other things, on which duty was breached, what damage occurred and who is legally responsible for it.
I advise clients on personal injury, property damage and financial losses, as well as on pursuing and defending claims for damages and liability.

Contractual and Statutory Claims
A legal claim cannot always be attributed exclusively to one area of law. In particular, contractual and statutory claims may arise alongside one another in cases involving damage or liability.
A careful examination of the applicable legal grounds and liability requirements is therefore important.
If you have questions concerning a contract, a claim for damages or a liability matter, I will be pleased to review your individual circumstances and explain your legal options.
